Product Summary
The ISP452 is an N channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protection functions. The applications of the ISP452 are (1)uC compatible power switch for 12 V DC grounded loads for industrial applications; (2)All types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads; (3)Replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
