The JANTX1N6041 is a 1500 WATT bidiirectional transient voltage suppressor. The popular transient voltage suppressor JANTX1N6041 is JEDEC registered selection for bidirectional device. All have the same high peak pulse power rating of 1500 with extremely fast response times. It is also available in military qualified selections as described in the features section herein. The JANTX1N6041 is most often used for protecting against transients from inductive switching environments.
